Probiotics – Episode 46

Probiotics are advertised for digestive health, but they are good for your whole body.

Your normal flora comes partly from when you exit your mother’s body.
Normal flora = bacteria and yeast in a nice, happy balance

WARNING: If you eat yogurt to boost your flora, watch for sugar content!

Eat unpasteurized at your own risk!

Any probiotic is better than none at all.
